Sam (Samantha) Quindlen
Samantha has been attending yoga classes since she was about ten years old, however, it was not until her mid to late twenties, that she dove into the practice. The healing powers of yoga have been and continue to be, vital in her life. Through breathwork, meditation, and movement, Samantha has found a healthier path in life and strives to share these practices with others. She works to create spaces for healing, acceptance, compassion, and community in her classes. Her classes are for all those looking for fun movement. Off the mat, Samantha can be found with her dog Henry spending time with loved ones, playing outside, reading, or making a mess in the kitchen.
