Things Ending, Things BeginningHey Upper Valley Yoga Hive! As I hurtle toward my youngest son’s high school graduation, two weeks from now, I find myself emotionally tongue tied. “At a loss for words” pretty much covers it and yet it takes up big space in my brain and heart.
